The deputies of the Supreme Council are concerned about the situation that has developed around the economic support of enterprises and organizations. The information was announced in the course of the plenary session today by the Chairman of the Committee on the Agro-Industrial Complex Oleg Leontiev, and was supported by all parliamentarians. The essence of the claims to the Government: too long adoption of the government rules and regulations. In particular, we are talking about the prolongation of loans taken by enterprises and organizations for development. The issue was raised in the course of the meeting of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic with representatives of the business community of the republic.
Taking into consideration the prevailing external factors, exporters suffer losses. Oleg Leontiev gave an example: if earlier the cost of exporting a truckload of agricultural products to Moscow was around $3000, now, taking into account the new logistics, it is $10000. Exporting enterprises are asking for help, despite the fact that it should already be provided according to the current legislation. There is still no mechanism for implementing the norm of the law, according to which the term for paying the body of the loan will be extended by 6 months. Deputy Chairman of the Government Stanislav Kasap answered the deputies - within three weeks the by-law normative act was being coordinated.
The government issued a by-law on April 19, and already on May 1, the deadline for submitting applications for prolongation of the payment of loans taken out ends. This is another problem that the Supreme Council intends to solve in order to help export-oriented enterprises.
The deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic are confident that in the current conditions of the external political and economic situation, all government bodies are required to coordinate, and prompt work to make decisions that will be aimed at minimizing economic losses, stabilizing the economy, and providing assistance to Pridnestrovian economic agents.
Measures to support enterprises and organizations are developed by the President, the Supreme Council, and the Government. The Supreme Council has a legislative initiative of a group of deputies, which provides for the adoption of a decision on a set of measures aimed at supporting the economic agents of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The draft of the new law will be submitted in the near future for consideration by the profile committee.
