Deputy of the Supreme Council Vadim Doni held a traditional meeting with voters. This time it was held in the village Pervomaisk. The parliamentarian informed the representatives of the local authorities, as well as the villagers about the legislative activities and the results of the work of the deputy corps. The key topic of direct dialogue was the question of mutual payments.
Most of the residents of Pervomaysk in the Soviet years were workers of the well-known interdepartmental in memory of Ilyich in the MSSR. Many of them during the period of reforming collective farms were entitled to a land share. Today, shareholders receive an annual remuneration from the target unit fund, which is replenished by land users who work on the lands of former collective and state farms. Meanwhile, there have been many unresolved problems in this area over the years.
The problem was widely discussed last year in the course of the meetings with presidential candidate Vadim Krasnoselsky. Residents of the villages expressed their proposals on its solution. Recently, parliamentarians submitted a law-in-draft aimed at expanding the category of recipients of mutual payments. The head of state introduced a similar legislative initiative in the regime of legislative necessity.
Residents of Pervomaisk gave a positive assessment of the adopted by the Supreme Council decision.
Meanwhile, the participants of the discussion drew attention of the parliamentarian to the necessity to resolve the issue of including in the list of recipients of share payments of village doctors and teachers, workers of consumer cooperatives, the village council, which were not taken into account in the legislative initiative.
The parliamentarian assured the residents of the district that the proposals will be considered by the Supreme Council in the second reading.
