Honest and open dialogue between society and authorities is important

The international economic forum continues its work in the capital of the republic. The program is extensive and diverse: panel sessions, round tables, meetings, cultural program. Representatives of the government, business, the public, the guests gathered to answer the main question - how to overcome the crisis - and clearly outline the prospects for the development of Pridnestrovian economy. Today they spoke about the role of civil society in the economic development of Pridnestrovie. This topic was devoted to a separate panel discussion. Its participants are Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Supreme Council for Public Associations, Sports, Information and Youth Policy Andrei Safonov, Head of the State Service of Mass Media Lidia Kolodka, Chairman of the Public Chamber Vitaly Glebov, President of the Founders Fund of PMR, Co-Chairman of the Coordinating Council "The Pridnestrovian People's Forum" Vladimir Rilyakov and Vice President of the Business Association Dmitry Goncharenko.

According to Lydia Kolodka, the media is a moderator between society and government, business and the state. She gave an example of this interaction. By means of media, information of "Buy Pridnestrovian" mass event went far beyond the borders of the republic. The poll showed that not only foreigners, but also Pridnestrovians themselves, do not know what a wide range of goods our republic produces. Deputy of the Supreme Council Andrey Safonov noted the importance of interaction between society and the state in various aspects, including the economic sphere. In his opinion, the two whales of such a dialogue should be the well-functioning work of the state apparatus and the activity of the public. He supposes that today one of the important issues is ensuring stability, preventing Pridnestrovie from developing a "color" scenario.

One of the founders of the republic, scientist Vitaly Glebov drew the attention of the participants of the discussion to the need for analysis and a scientific approach to economic issues.

Each person influences the business climate in the republic, Dmitry Goncharenko continued the topic. Business expects implementation of the initiated programs from the state.
