Vadim Kravchuk presented a report on the work in the district

Deputy of the Supreme Council Vadim Kravchuk reported on the work for 2021. The parliamentarian represents the interests of the residents of the "Metallurgical" constituency number 14   in the city of Rybnitsa. The district includes Valchenko Str., Pushkin Str., "Sakhzavod" and "Tsemposelok" microdistricts and part of the Anniversary Street. Vadim Kravchuk informed voters in the annual report about the main results of legislative activity, about interaction with executive authorities and local self-government, about the implementation of voters' orders and holding receptions of citizens.

Legislative activity

Vadim Kravchuk is Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance. The deputy participated in the development of legislative initiatives in 2021 as well as in the preparation of amendments to draft laws in the field of budgetary, financial, economic, and tax legislation. These are laws on the republican budget, on the budget of the Unified State Social Insurance Fund, on additional measures aimed at stabilizing the Pridnestrovian economy, on state support measures during the pandemic, and the law “On Procurement in the PMR”. The deputy was also the initiator and co-author of several legislations. He took part in the work on the adoption of the republican budget for 2022.

Deputy of the Supreme Council Vadim Kravchuk is a member of the Coordinating Council under the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The parliamentarian raised issues relevant to constituency number 14. Among them there is continuation of the construction of a new school number 6 in the city of Rybnitsa, the provision (return) of benefits to pensioners living alone to pay for an elevator, housing and communal services, and removal of solid waste. According to Vadim Kravchuk, the issue of connecting to the main water supply networks of 8 households of defenders of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, living in the village of Yerzhovo in Lenin Street.

The deputy represents the Parliament in the Council for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises under the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

Working for the County

Vadim Kravchuk received during the election campaign and in the course of his deputy activity 738 orders from the voters of constituency No. 14 "Metallurgical", where 1313 questions were identified. The majority concerns social and pension provision, housing and communal services problems, the condition of the road network and engineering infrastructure, improvement of courtyard areas, issues of accessibility and quality of medical care.

An agreement on social representation was concluded with OJSC "Moldavian Metallurgical Plant", in which the enterprise assumed obligations to provide financial and material assistance in resolving issues of the district (for more details, see the "Assistance to MMZ").

In addition, the District Council that includes deputies of the Rybnitsa District Council every month holds meetings to discuss the problems that are relevant to residents and jointly develop a solution.

Vadim Kravchuk noted that interaction has been established with the leadership of the Rybnitsa state administration, the local Council, with enterprises and institutions of the city and the region.

Public reception of the deputy of the Supreme Council works in Valchenko Str., 9a. Taking into account the observance of quarantine measures, Vadim Kravchuk held personal receptions of citizens. Appeals were received by phone and in writing, including by e-mail and through social networks.

According to the deputy, 948 issues indicated in the orders were considered in 2021, which is 72% of the total number of questions received. 323 were resolved positively, 190 were resolved partially, 371 issues remained under control. 157 deputy inquiries and appeals were sent to various city services.

Landscaping

Many issues can be resolved through state and municipal programs and by attracting funds from other sources, said Vadim Kravchuk.

According to the program for the execution of voters' orders in 2021, the deputy of the Supreme Council allocated 350 thousand rubles to provide comfortable conditions for children to relax and to improve the courtyards of the district. 5 modern children's play complexes were installed, the pavement of the footpath near the Rybnitsa Child Development Center No. 2 was repaired, and this area was also illuminated. In addition, a pedestrian path from residential building No. 55 to residential building No. 35 in Valchenko Street was equipped.

According to Vadim Kravchuk, most of the orders and appeals of citizens concern the repair and improvement of streets and yards. Many issues in terms of repairing the pavement of courtyard passages, arranging parking lots, and street lighting were resolved thanks to interaction with local authorities, Vadim Kravchuk noted. The deputy expressed gratitude to the Head of the state administration of the city of Rybnitsa, the staff of the state administration and the deputies of the city district council for the fact that the municipal programs for 2021 are formed and adopted taking into account the appeals of the residents of Metallurgical constituency number 14.

Work under the program of the Capital Investment Fund was carried out last year to create the Naberezhny park in Valchenko Street. Speaking about the interaction with Municipal Unitary Enterprise Housing and maintenance management company and other public utilities, the deputy of the Supreme Council noted that current and major repairs of roofs, engineering house networks, repairs in entrances, repair of blind areas and plinths were carried out, windows and entrance doors in the entrances were replaced, sanitary cleaning in the basements of houses. 2.6 million rubles were spent on work in residential multi-apartment buildings of the district last year.

The long-standing problem of drinking water for residents of houses on Chernyshevsky and Pervomaiskaya streets has also been resolved. A 160-meter water supply network was laid according to the investment program of the State Unitary Enterprise "Water Supply and Disposal".

The deputy pays attention to institutions of education, sports and culture, public organizations of the city. The basketball playground of the Rybnitsa Russian Secondary School number 3, the facade, interiors, water and electricity supply systems of the city youth center were repaired at the expense of municipal programs, and shade canopies were repaired in kindergarten number 25 and the child development center number 3 in 2021. A major overhaul of Rybnitsa school number 10 is planned this year.

Help from Moldavian Metallurgical Plant

Vadim Kravchuk expressed his gratitude to the management and staff of the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant that make a great contribution to resolving the district's issues, according to the deputy. Work was carried out on the street lighting of the stadium in the area of the Municipal Educational Institution Russian Secondary School No. 10 in the city of Rybnitsa, and an alley was also equipped with the financial assistance of the enterprise. A gazebo was repaired near multi-storey buildings No. 45-47 and street lighting of the footpath appeared. The necessary equipment for a number of educational institutions was purchased.

Assistance was also provided to the Union of Veterans of the Republican Guard of the Rybnitsa region and the city of Rybnitsa.

Charity events were held by deputies of the local Council together with the leadership of the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant for children from large families, disabled children, students of the Municipal Educational Institution Russian Secondary School No. 10 in the city of Rybnitsa and the Municipal Educational Institution Russian Secondary School No. 3 in the city of Rybnitsa.

Appeal to voters

Deputy of the Supreme Council Vadim Kravchuk thanked the residents of the "Metallurgical" constituency number 14 for their willingness to work together for the benefit of the district and the city of Rybnitsa.
