A member of the Committee of the Supreme Council on Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry Vadim Kravchuk presented a report on the topic "State purchases of the PMR: the present and the future" at one of the sections of the conference that took place within the framework of the Republican Forum "Leader - 2017".
Anticipating the speech, the deputy noted that the sphere of state purchases is a platform for interaction between state and business representatives, when the state, realizing, including social functions, centralizes the formation of orders for goods and services, and the business community makes proposals.
Vadim Kravchuk informed business representatives that the new law "On State purchases" is already under consideration by the deputy corps. The theme raised the interest of the forum participants. Entrepreneurs asked how it is planned to implement the new law? Answering the questions, the parliamentarian noted that the concept of the law-in-draft presupposes the creation of a unified information base on state orders, monitoring at each stage of the process, as well as determining the responsibilities of the parties. The parliamentarian is sure the State purchases should be carried out on the principles of competitiveness, justice and legitimacy.
An interactive survey was organized for the participants of the forum, in which everyone was able to express his position regarding the reforms of 2017 and priority tasks in the sphere of entrepreneurship, which require an urgent solution. Assessing the results of the work of the state, Vadim Kravchuk made a choice in favor of the answer "will be visible after a while". At the same time he noted that the first steps towards the business have already been made.
