Vadim Krasnoselsky, "I do not accept rudeness of officials in relation to citizens"

Vadim Krasnoselsky thanked the deputies for their indifferent and constructive approach to the evaluation of the activity of the highest executive body of the state last year, a qualitative, informal study of the voluminous reporting document. In critical remarks of the deputies, the head of state did not see the negative, and he in turn pointed to a number of shortcomings in the report.

 The President aimed the legislative and executive branches of government for closer cooperation, as well as holding citizens' receptions on personal issues. They are a valuable source of information about what people care about, the barometer of public opinion.

Another, not less actual, - "rejuvenation" of labor collectives echoes with this theme. In this regard, Vadim Krasnoselsky told how at one of the meetings with the budgetary employees of Rybnitsa the applause of the audience was caused by a woman who raised the issue of concluding fixed-term employment contracts with pensioners. The potential conflict of generations must be "weeded out" in a balanced and calm way, so that young people also have an opportunity to find work, but that the experience of people of retirement age is in demand. According to the President, this problem needs legislative regulation.

Concerning the reform of such sectors as health care and education, Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that reforms should go from bottom to top, and not vice versa. Speaking about new jobs and employment of the population, the President noted the existing paradox. On the one hand, a commitment has been made to create 15,000 new jobs. On the other hand, the production workers have vacancies, but people do not go to work. A system of dual education was introduced to prepare the workforce in Pridnestrovie, 7 educational institutions and five enterprises have already joined it. An important role in this respect should be played by the state order for the training of specialists, as well as the resuscitation of the principle of mandatory testing by graduates who received education from the budget.

All problems can be solved if people have an appropriate attitude. This is the leitmotif of the appeal of the President to the civil servants sitting in the hall and in the offices.

Following the results of the discussion of the governmental report on the results of activities in 2017, the deputy corps decided to adopt the draft of the relevant resolution as a basis, to finalize it, taking into account the comments and suggestions made during the four-hour discussion and to submit it to the next plenary meeting.
