Chairman Vadim Krasnoselsky summed up results of the third plenary session of the Supreme Council of the VI convocation., "Today, the law to abolish the action of so-called tax losses in respect of organizations whose revenue from sales of own production of more than 70% of the sales revenue was adopted. This is one of the anti-crisis measures that fairly improve the position of taxpayers.
The meeting reviewed the Two parliamentary inquiries for Mandatory Third Party Liability in terms of the legal validity of the existence of this rule in the republic, as well as its technical implementation. Each deputy commonly asked questions at the meetings with voters about the existence of insurance in the legal environment of the Republic, the contradiction of the rules of other laws and acts of our republic, including the Constitution of PMR. These issues cannot be left without attention of parliamentarians. For its consideration in plenary we have to get more information on the legality of the existence of this type of insurance and the forms and methods that are applied in accordance with the decree of the President. Parliamentary inquiries could not be sent due to block last fall of the Supreme Council. Government law-in-draft "On compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners" is in consideration of the legislature. I emphasize that any relationship between citizen and the state, especially of a financial nature should be regulated by law".
