Vadim Krasnoselsky, "If you are called state mass media - behave as you are state mass media"

Deputies of the parliamentary Committee on Public Associations, Sports, Information and Youth Policy Igor Buga, Andrei Safonov and Paul Shincariuc initiated amendments to the existing law on mass media. In their view, the special regulation requires the activity of the state media. Parliamentarians offered to enshrine in law, that the founders of television and radio, funded from the state budget, are the President, the Supreme Council, the Government and the Council of Judges of PMR. It is assumed that the audiovisual state mass media created before the entry into force of the law under discussion, in case of adoption and signature will be re-registered.

Igor Buga informed his colleagues of the conclusions on the law-in-draft that were received by the Committee. Only presidential is of negative nature.
