Vadim Krasnoselsky, "Any Deputy, directing parliamentary inquiry, expresses the aspirations of the voters"

Deputy inquiries have been considered in the course of the plenary session. The first was initiated by parliamentarians Ilona Tyuryaeva and Gregory Dyachenko on the basis of voters' applications. Lawmakers raised the issue of non-payment of salaries to employees of "Litmash" more than one year. Deputies by submitting a request to the Government and the Public Prosecutor's Office want to get answers to questions about the current state of the enterprise, the amount of the current debt to the workers and their possible redemption. The theme of the rule of law was also raised by the actions of the OJSC "Litmash" and adoption of appropriate regulations on the response. According to the Prosecutor of PMR Alexander Deli, the situation at the plant, the supervisory authority is known. The prosecutor's office instituted enforcement proceedings; the management of enterprises was brought to administrative responsibility. It was proposed by parliamentarian Alexander Martynov on the inclusion of the issue of the entity's financial reporting and prospects of the plant during the discussion of deputy’s question. Deputy Chairman of the Government on the legal regulation and interaction with public authorities, Alexander Kisnichan announced the amount of the debt of the plant - on wages, it is more than 1 million 700 thousand rubles, the budgets of all levels - 4 million rubles.

Deputy Vitaly Kalin proposed to discuss the issue within the framework of the Supreme Council establishing a working group with the participation of legislators and executors. According to the parliamentarian, it is necessary to develop mechanisms to exit from the crisis, taking place not only in the enterprise "Litmash", on a statutory basis.

Deputies say that comprehensive information is necessary to find solutions to the problem. It was decided to send deputy request to the company's management, the prosecutor's office and the Government.

Management of JSC "Rybnitsa cement plant" received the second deputy request from the parliamentarian Andrei Safonov.  Employees of the company, having behind continuous work experience of 10-30 years addressed the people's deputy at the beginning of the week. They pointed to the requirement of the plant management "in the voluntary-compulsory" write a statement about their dismissal. For a more rapid response to the problem Andrei Safonov has issued a request that requires a receipt from the company's management to answer questions about the reasons for the dismissal of workers. The deputy and his voters are also interested in the reasons for non-payment of full wages to employees. Job prospects of the plant this year is a troubling questions.

Taking into consideration the fact that the state owns 25% of the Rybnitsa cement plant, Deputy Vadim Kravchuk proposed to forward the request to the address of the executive authority.

Deputy Chairman of the Legal Regulation of the Government and the interaction with public authorities Alexandr Kisnichan was interested in reasons of receiving such a number of parliamentary inquiries. According to him, this suggests a kind of method of PR.
