The plenary session of the legislative body held its final autumn session. The President of Pridnestrovie Vadim Krasnoselsky took part in its work. He summarized some of the results of the outgoing year in his speech to people's deputies, members of the Government. Particular attention was paid to the meeting of the Presidents of Pridnestrovie and Moldova that was held yesterday. At the same time, the emphasis was placed on the fact that he had not discussed any political issues with his Moldovan counterpart.
This is the third meeting of the presidents during 2018. In addition, Vitaly Ignatiev and Cristina Lesnick, political representatives of Pridnestrovie and Moldova, met 29 times, and 84 meetings were held by members of the working groups. During yesterday’s dialogue, Vadim Krasnoselsky presented his Moldovan counterpart with the Development Strategy for Pridnestrovie for 2019-2026.
Speaking to the deputies of the Supreme Council the President called the upcoming election campaign in Moldova a test and assured that Pridnestrovie had never interfered in electoral procedures in neighboring countries and would respect and accept any choice of the Moldovan people.

According to him, if in the future there will be no "foreign policy and foreign economic shocks," the standard of living of the population will rise in 2020. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized the law on state support for investment activity, adopted by the Supreme Council in spring this year. He called it progressive and attractive to investors, both external and internal.
Next year, according to the President, the implementation of the capital investment program will continue. This year, we managed to repair, build, and reconstruct 150 infrastructure facilities. The task for the next year - 150 objects, most of which are from the health sector.
In conclusion, he thanked the deputies, members of the Government for joint work, expressed confidence that international recognition of our republic would happen, wished happiness, well-being and peace to Pridnestrovians.
