Vadim Krasnoselsky, "There are no uncomfortable questions for me"

The Parliament Speaker Vadim Krasnoselsky met with residents of Grigoriopol district. Hall of meetings of the local administration was not able to accommodate all those wishing to talk with the head of the legislative body: there were about four hundred people.

Opening the meeting, Vadim Krasnoselsky told Pridnestrovians about the situation in the republic, international relations, political situation, the work of Parliament. Speaking about the economic situation, the speaker recalled the influence of external and internal factors

The head of legislative body focused on the Russian-Pridnestrovian relations. It was not only about the historical ties, the mentality, but also on the economy, on the basis of which policy is based. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew the attention of the meeting to the serious decline of Pridnestrovian export in Russian direction, it is only 7%. Export performance as a whole - for 2015 sharply decreased twice. The speaker is confident that only stopping the drift apart economies of Pridnestrovie and Russia can correct the situation. To do this, it is necessary to create attractive, the most comfortable conditions for investors. Establishment of economic ties was also discussed at the Moscow meeting in February this year, said Chairman of the Supreme Council to residents of Grigoriopol. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the fact that Pridnestrovian parliament went to the Russian colleagues with specific proposals, many of which have been embraced.

Talking about the work of Parliament, which was led by Vadim Krasnoselsky four months, he recalled the difficulties of adoption of the budget of the current year, the problems associated with the late submission of the Government of opinions on draft legislation, the practice of not signing the laws by the President, proposals of deputies, aimed at stabilizing the economic situation.

Great many questions were addressed to the speaker. They were sent in writing through the moderator of the meeting, Grigoriopol parliamentarian Oleg Leontiev and voicing personally. They asked about the prospects for change of local government leadership, the institution of the Heads of election, the fate of the law on local government. They were interested in the possibility of opening in Grigoriopol of chamber of the speaker, as well as probability of occurrence in Moscow of the official representative of the Supreme Council. They talked about unemployment, the fate of the local cannery, midlevel educational institutions, indexation of deposits, housing problems of Moldovan schools, prerequisites and consequences of the Government's decision on incomplete payment in the past year, wages and pensions. Special category of questions - is social situation of pensioners, disabled people, single mothers. All of them are forced to survive on the pensions and benefits.

Grigoriopol activists paid attention to question of parliamentary immunity. Vadim Krasnoselsky once again recalled the position: the law all are equal, integrity is guaranteed by the Constitution to every citizen. He emphasized that the current members of parliament intend to prescribe in law the conceptual apparatus and a clear mechanism to remove all questions on this subject in the future.

The Speaker, not having a rest during the three-hour dialogue, had to answer dozens of questions, but the stream seemed to be inexhaustible. It was decided under the curtain of the meeting to send the unvoiced questions to the Chairman of the Supreme Council in writing, indicating the inverse coordinates. Vadim Krasnoselsky promised not to leave any of them unanswered. The vice speaker of parliament Galina Antyufeeva and member of the Supreme Council Oleg Leontiev initiated assistance in the resolution of specific problems. In addition, at the request of residents of Grigoriopol, legislative guide will be as necessary to travel to the region to face to face to discuss issues of concern to Pridnestrovians.

Solemn finish of the event was the presentation of awards issued by the parliamentary anniversary. Fourteen residents of Grigoriopol district – Deputies of town and district councils of three or more convocations, defenders of Pridnestrovie, strike committee members received medals "25 years of the Supreme Council of PMR" from the hands of the speaker.
