When calculating pensions, they will take into account work experience for the period of work in organizations that paid taxes on pension insurance to the budget of a foreign state, but were located on the territory of the republic and subsequently passed under the jurisdiction of the PMR. The parliamentarians supported the legislative initiative of the President. Amendments to the law "On State Pensions for Citizens" were adopted in the final reading.

The head of the responsible committee as an example cited the Pridnestrovian railway, which for a long time worked within the framework of foreign legislation. The work experience of Pridnestrovian citizens working there when calculating a pension was not taken into account.

With the entry into force of amendments to the law, the pension for this category of citizens will be recounted taking into account their full length of service. In general, about two hundred people are waiting for this law in the republic. Next year, it will require about 500 thousand rubles for its implementation.
