66 medals (43 gold and 23 silver) were awarded in Tiraspol. The best graduates of the capital were honored at the Fountain complex and congratulated on a worthy victory in the educational field. Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov gave farewell words to the medalists. The speaker thanked the teachers for their patience and professionalism, and the parents of the graduates for their education and motivation for knowledge.
Alexander Korshunov in his farewell speech to the medal-winning graduates praised them for their hard work to achieve a successful result. He emphasized that Pridnestrovie is a socially oriented state, which from birth helps prepare a child for adult life: first in kindergartens, and then in schools, providing the opportunity to receive additional education.
The medalists were presented with their well-deserved awards to the sounds of solemn fanfare. Successful passing of the Unified State Exam in mathematics and Russian language is behind us. Tiraspol is in the top three cities along with Dnistrovsk and Rybnitsa where children showed the best results on the Unified State Exam.
Admission to universities to study their chosen specialty is ahead. Medalists begin their path to adulthood from a high starting point, noted Minister of Education Svetlana Ivanishina.
Honoring medalists from Tiraspol at the Fountain Complex as well as launching paper boats into the water has become an annual tradition both for children and together the heads of government agencies. The graduates symbolically sent them on the journey to their cherished dream having made a wish.
There are 2050 graduates totally in Pridnestrovie this year. 200 of them are medal winners: 118 gold and 82 silver.
