The work does not stop in the season of holidays

There was a session of the City Council in Bendery. Vice Speaker of the Parliament Galina Antyufeeva took part in the work.

The agenda includes more than three dozen issues concerning various aspects of the life residents of Bendery, the functioning of municipal enterprises, the implementation of urban infrastructure development programs.

In connection with the adoption by the Supreme Council during the last plenary session of the spring session of the amendments to the Law on Advertising, the people deputies of residents of Bendery corrected the content of the local regulations governing the placement of outdoor advertising objects in the city.

Bendery deputies actively participate in the legislative process. Being a subject of the legislative right, at the session of the City Council, local deputies approved a number of legislative initiatives aimed at improving laws on an individual entrepreneur's patent and on leasing state (municipal) property.

As in other regions of the country, water supply, repair of roads, allocation of land plots, arrangement of parking lots and parking lots for motor transport, replenishment of the revenue side of the budget are among the most topical issues that are extremely worrisome for voters. The last aspect is the solution of all the problems that exist in Bendery. The lack of financial resources in the city treasury does not allow to fully satisfying all the requests of citizens in terms of creating a comfortable living environment.

The participants of the session also considered, within the framework of the agenda, the organization of a summer health campaign for children; Improvement of the mechanism for the implementation by buyers or tenants of municipal property of the encumbrances imposed on them on the improvement of the adjacent territories; Preparation of the housing and communal services sector for the autumn-winter season; Funding for the election of deputies to the Supreme and City Councils, scheduled for October 1; Opportunities for privatization of official housing, etc.
