Fines for the sale of snus and nasvay will increase in Russia

Deputies of the State Duma in the first reading amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses in terms of increasing responsibility for the sale of tobacco-containing products: snus and nasvay, regardless of whether the sale is made to an adult or a minor.
