Parliamentarians in the course of the plenary session considered received in the regime of legislative bill necessary law-in-draft of the president to amend the law "On the Fund of the State Reserve PMR". The author proposed to move from the limit fixed size of the loan amount, prescribed in the current legislation, to consolidate the quarterly size limit that should be fixed by legal act of the Government. This proposal is due to the depreciation of the Russian ruble. Previously, the upper limit of the loan in the amount of 12,250,000 Russian rubles was 510 thousand dollars, today, taking into account the exchange rate, this amount decreased by almost three-fold in the U.S. dollar equivalent.

Profile Committee on Agriculture proposed a number of amendments. Deputies have suggested an upper limit on the amount of loan one subject agribusiness to increase to 20 million Russian rubles. Legislators insisted that Pridnestrovian issue loans to farmers regulated by law. Officials in the course of the meeting of the profile committee agreed with voiced amendments.

Deputy corps voted for keeping the upper limit size of the loan per business entity at the legislative level. The law-in-draft was adopted in the final reading.
