The next plenary meeting of the Supreme Council scheduled for November 2nd. His agenda includes a number of legislative initiatives discussed today, the legislature of the presidium members. Among them there is draft of the constitutional law, presented by the head of state. In particular, the President proposes to amend the Constitution of PMR, the law "On status of deputy of the Supreme Council" and the law "On the Rules of the Supreme Council", aimed at reforming the institution of immunity and elimination of ambiguity in the understanding of the existing rules on the immunity of deputies. The documents was submitted in the regime of legislative necessity, with the term of the first reading of 20 days.

Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeeva who presided today's meeting, also introduced a package of anti-corruption laws. It was also submitted for consideration of deputies November 2. Authors of the document are deputies Vadim Krasnoselsky and Galina Antyufeeva. The package includes five draft laws, the purpose of which is to enshrine at the legislative level, the basic principles of anti-corruption legal and organizational bases of the prevention of corruption and struggle against it. Three of them are new legislations "On Combating Corruption", "On the control of the persons spending holding public office", "On the anti-corruption expertise of legal acts and normative legal acts". In addition, the authors suggest a number of additions to the existing Law "On Prosecutor's Office of PMR" and Code of Administrative Offences. As Galina Antyufeeva emphasized the initiatives are presented in the framework of harmonization of Pridnestrovian legislation with Russian.

These authors also proposes to amend the Housing Code. The proposed legislation is the grounds for eviction. Among them, for example, the destruction and damage of residential premises used for that purpose, pay debts for communal services for at least six months without a valid reason, and others. The law-in-draft will be discussed during upcoming plenary.

The date of the next meeting of the Supreme Council will be determined next week at the meeting of the presidium of the legislature.
