The Forum of Youth Electoral Commissions was held in Pridnestrovie

The Forum of Youth Electoral Commissions was held on the basis of the recreational complex "Dniester Dawns" from September 23 to 25. It was attended by more than a hundred young people as part of delegations from all towns and districts of the republic. Deputies of the Youth Parliament of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic were among the participants. The Central Election Commission of the PMR was the organizer. This forum is the first one held in person for 3 years.

The solemn opening ceremony of the forum, which took place on Friday, September 23, was attended by the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Oleg Vasilaty.

Forum participants organized platforms where experienced speakers and young activists discussed the most pressing topics during three days: employment, volunteering, the possibility of obtaining grants, holding elections, and a healthy lifestyle. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky, representatives of the legislative and executive authorities of the republic, lawyers, economists, representatives of public organizations were among the invited speakers.

The forum program included intellectual and sports games, as well as an entertainment program in addition to discussions and lectures. The participants were divided into 8 teams, which were formed by lottery. According to the organizers, this allowed the participants to get to know each other better.

The solemn closing ceremony of the forum took place on Sunday, September 25. The winning teams received diplomas. Volunteers and representatives of the organizing committee of the forum were also awarded.
