The unique rehabilitation center was opened in Pridnestrovie

Sports rehabilitation center for people with special needs was opened in the capital. There was only an empty building construction until three years ago. Now it is a modern sports center for people with special needs. The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the PMR Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov, the Head of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare Sergey Cheban and the Deputy of the PMR Supreme Council in the constituency number 36 Ilona Tyuryaeva.

The new complex combines four sports halls: a chess and checkers hall, a table tennis hall, a gym and a game sports hall. These are handball, mini-football, volleyball and basketball. A computer class was also equipped here. There is a recording studio in the center of the complex. Such a studio is the only in Pridnestrovie. Here they will select materials and record audio literature for blind people. There is also a library for the visually impaired and the blind in the new center. They will have the opportunity not only to read books written in Braille, but also to hold poetry evenings and various events. Changing rooms for men and women and bathrooms are equipped. There is also a dining room. Approximately 500 people will be able to visit the center every day.
