Football will be developed in Pridnestrovie

The deputy corps considered amendments to the law "On the republican budget for 2021" at once in two readings. The legislative initiative of the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Oleg Vasilaty was developed within the framework of events dedicated to the Year of Youth and in order to develop mass sports in Pridnestrovie. On the initiative of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky, the Republican Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve in Football was established in the Slobodzeya District. The parliamentarian proposed to finance the sports institution at the expense of the state budget and not the local one.

The author of the law-in-draft Oleg Vasilaty explained that it was necessary to redistribute part of the funds from the budget of Slobodzeya district to the republican budget. The money will go to finance the salaries of the coaching staff and school management in the second half of 2021.

The Republican Football School of the Slobodzeya District will open its doors for pupils on September 1 this year. The formation of the coaching staff will begin in August and the timetable will appear. The sports school will train high-class football players and a sports reserve. In addition, they plan to develop women's football. The basic facility of the new school of the Olympic Reserve - the stadium in the village of Chobruchi - is already being reconstructed at the expense of the Capital Investment Fund. The changing rooms will be expanded there, then the spectator stands will be improved. If they have 1500 seats, then the Chobruchi stadium can be counted on to be awarded the first category, which means that international competitions will be held, says the Deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Vasilaty. Such a sports school will help attract young people to one of the most popular sports football and increase its popularity.
