Alexander Shcherba informed members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the fact that the legislature received a submission for the vacant position of Chairman of the Arbitration Court. The President proposes an experienced lawyer, defender of Pridnestrovie Alexander Kiyko to the post. As you know, in early February in connection with the filed application the powers of the former Chairman of the Arbitration Court were terminated.
