21.07.2020

The Presidium of the Supreme Council approved the agenda of the plenary sessions.

At present, the problem of a shortage of teaching staff is characteristic not only of the countryside, but also of the city. This is especially true for kindergarten teachers and nannies, teachers of mathematics, physics, chemistry and other subjects. Deputy Vadim Levitsky proposes to enable educational institutions in exceptional cases to establish a pedagogical load in the amount of two rates. The Supreme Council will consider the law-in-draft with the appropriate amendments to the law "On wages of public sector employees, pay for military personnel and persons equated to them, payment for civil servants".

In addition, the deputy corps at the plenary session will consider law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On the Unified State Register of Immovable Cultural Heritage Sites of the PMR". The section "Monuments of History" is proposed to be supplemented with a monument-stele, erected in memory of the deceased defenders of the city of Dubossary.

The Supreme Council will consider legislations with amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Arbitration Procedure Code and the Criminal Code in accordance with the schedule.
