The agenda of tomorrow's plenary session includes about forty questions. Deputies are to consider the draft constitutional law "On the Prosecutor's Office" and amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure in the second reading. The list of issues includes changes and amendments to the law "On the Republican Budget 2018", pension provision for citizens, additional measures to stabilize the economy. In particular, the deputy Victor Guzun as the author of the legislative initiative proposed to prolong the provision that provides for the release of small businesses (microenterprises) that work under a simplified taxation system, from maintaining and submitting statistical reports before the end of this year. The norm was valid in 2017, but taking into account numerous appeals of entrepreneurs, the author suggests extending it for another year. The law-in-draft is planned to be considered in the first reading on March 28.
Deputies plan to discuss amendments to the law "On some additional state measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors". The purpose of the legislative initiative, proposed by Deputy Alexander Korshunov, is to reduce the mandatory sale of foreign exchange earnings to the currency reserve of the republic received by residents and non-residents from the export of electricity. As it is said in the explanatory note to the law-in-draft, this will make it possible to provide the opportunity to pay related costs in foreign currency, which arise for the entities that export electricity from the PMR.
