He proposes to allocate 160 thousand rubles for the creation and functioning of the corporation of the First Pridnestrovian television channel in Slobodzeia. This is the only district in the republic where there is no such division of the state television and Radio Company. The management of the state service of the media considers that the small remoteness of the regional center from the capital allows sending film crews there to cover the events taking place in the region. Despite the contradictory opinions, the arguments both for and against the opening of the corporation in Slobodzeia, considering the state of the republican budget, the majority of the members of "The Obnovlenie" (Renewal) faction, the amendment of the colleague was rejected.

A lot of disputes were also caused by amendments related to the holding of tenders for the acquisition of goods and services on behalf of the state. A number of members of the faction insisted on regulation of the system and mechanism of tenders, increasing its effectiveness, and opposed their abolition. Others talked about a special order for their conduct, an individual approach to each competitive procedure, to find out how much it is justified.

At the forthcoming plenary meeting, the deputies of the Supreme Council will also have to adopt resolutions on announcing an amnesty in connection with the Constitution Day and the order of its introduction. The act of humanism will not affect those who have committed serious and particularly serious crimes, who have been convicted for more than six years, who have committed crimes repeatedly.
