In memory of the victims of the tragedy

Today's session of the Supreme Council began with a minute of silence. Deputies paid tribute to those who died on March 25 in Kemerovo. As a result of the terrible tragedy in the shopping and entertainment complex "Winter Cherry", 64 people died there, including 41 children, more than 50 asked for medical help. There are 13 victims in hospitals.

March 28 was declared in Russia a day of mourning. National flags were lowered the day of mourning for the dead in Kemerovo throughout the whole of Russia. Cultural institutions and TV and radio companies are offered to cancel recreational activities and programs.

Vladimir Putin flew to the place of a terrible tragedy in Kemerovo. He laid flowers in memory of the victims of the tragedy.

Condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the families of the deceased were expressed by the President of the Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky. The President noted that the Pridnestrovian deeply feel with grief. Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba, parliamentarians, representatives of ministries and departments, public organizations, citizens laid flowers in mourning tapes to the outpost of the consular service of the Russian Embassy in Tiraspol.
