The program is based on voter wishes

During the traditional meeting of the presidium of the parliament, its participants discussed the mechanism for implementing the program of the orders of voters for the next year.

The government program of the same name is implemented for the first time in many years, in 2018, in accordance with the current law “On the instructions of voters”. 4.3 million rubles were allocated for this year from the republican budget or 100 thousand rubles for each electoral district. Somewhere it has already been completed, somewhere the work has been carried out partially. Time is ticking, and it is already necessary to think about drawing up a program for the next year.

A number of committee leaders suggested that it is necessary to obtain relevant information from the government on the implementation of the program of the orders of voters in the current year.

The outcome of the consideration of this issue was the instruction to the parliamentary committee on state regional policy to consider the possibility of adjusting the articles of the current law “On the mandates of voters” in terms of the provision of a program of instructions from voters for its adoption by the Supreme Council. In parallel with this, elected representatives of the people should hold meetings of tenants at their place of residence in order to take their wishes into account when drawing up the state program of voter orders for the next year. Deadline - February 1, 2019.
