Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council adopted the agenda of the next plenary session. Tomorrow the deputies plan to discuss in the first reading the law-in-draft on amendments to the Land Code initiated by the MPs of the parliamentary committee on agriculture. It proposes to clarify the cases of deprivation of rights of economic entities of the land. According to the authors of the initiative -Efimy Koval, Oleg Leontiev, Igor Yarych, Oleg Bayev and Vladimir Pasiutin – it is necessary to prescribe in detail the current procedure for withdrawal of land from business entities that violate the technology of cultivation of agricultural crops. Adoption of amendments to the basic law will help to improve land quality thanks to the arrival of effective land users.
Members of the Presidium paid particular attention to the urgent issue of entry into the territory of the Republic of cars, from the date of issue of which has been more than 10 years. The agenda of tomorrow's plenary session included alternate legislations of Deputies of the Supreme Council, proposing to raise the ban on the importation of cars older than ten years, thereby providing additional revenue to the budget. Oleg Vasilaty offer to introduce a new category of vehicles - over fourteen years - and fix it higher rates of import customs duties. Another proposal, prepared by Gregory Dyachenko, based on the increase in the size of the import customs duties on the import of cars older than ten years. The deputies will decide which of the two drafts will be held the first reading.
The deputies also plan to consider a draft resolution of the Supreme Council of the invitation to the president to suspend the decree on the introduction on 1 June 2015, the Republic of compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners.
Members of the Presidium have included to the approval of state programs in the field of health to the agenda of the next plenary session. They are aimed at improving cancer care to the population and on the prevention of tuberculosis in the period from 2016 to 2020. In particular, it was proposed as part of the TB program to allocate funding on the order of design estimates for the construction of a chlorination station for wastewater disinfection GU "Republican TB Hospital Bendery". According to the head of the profile parliamentary committee Sergei Cheban, the construction of the chlorinator at a given institution was planned in Soviet times, but the plan was never destined to become a reality.
In the course of the meeting of the Presidium it was also raised the question of holding a meeting of the Government Presidium of the Supreme Council and to discuss measures of state support for socially disadvantaged groups.
As part of the planned meeting, he proposed to discuss the possibility of increasing the level of pensions, as well as to "freeze" the tariffs on public utilities for this category of citizens. Parliamentarians plan to discuss this topical issue at tomorrow's plenary session.
