In the new year - with the main financial document

The draft of the country's main financial document was submitted to the Supreme Council in early November. The head of the legislative body Alexander Shcherba outlined the work plan and set the task to adopt the document before the end of this year. With the set task, the parliamentarians coped. During the plenary meeting held today, the law-in-draft "On the Republican Budget for 2018" was adopted in the third and final reading.

The main parameters of the budget, its revenue and expenditure parts were determined in the first reading of the law-in-draft. The budget is scarce, but the sources of its coverage are defined. This means that salaries, pensions and social benefits will be paid in full in the coming year.

When considering the document in the second reading, the amount of resources allocated for financing municipal entities was determined. One of the amendments concerned the creation of a fund of voters' orders in the coming year. The norm is designed to solve the problems of citizens in the districts. For these purposes, the amount of 4.3 million rubles will be allocated to the budget.

Today, as part of the third reading, parliamentarians have decided on the financing of state targeted programs. Innovation of the budget-2018 - a trust fund for capital investments. The list includes objects of education and public health, badly in need of repair. 186.6 million rubles will be spent for these purposes.

Thanks to a well-coordinated and continuous work on the document, it was possible to reach a consensus on the majority of the amendments that had been received. The debate was prompted by an amendment to the deputy of the Supreme Council, Pavel Shinkaryuk. The parliamentarian, who represents the interests of the residents of the Slobodzeia region in the legislative body of the republic, offered 160 thousand rubles for the creation and functioning of the correspondent point of the First Pridnestrovian television channel in Slobodzeia. The people's representative noted: in the biggest region of the republic (unlike the rest), there is no division of the state television and radio company.

The Head of the State Media Service Lydia Kolodka opposed the redirection of funds for this purpose from the "wages" article, suggesting that parliamentarians find other sources of funding. As a result of the discussion, the deputies nevertheless agreed with the amendment proposed by Pavel Shinkaryuk aimed at creating a correspondent point of the PGTRK in Slobodzeia.

Parliamentarians by adopting the draft budget 2018 reviewed the changes in the law on the republican budget for the current year. According to the adopted amendments, its revenue part will increase by 3.6 million rubles, expendable - by 18.1 million rubles.
