The results of work for 2021 were summed up in Kamenka

The Head of state administration of the city of Kamenka and Kamenka district Vladimir Bychkov announced the results of work for 2021. Revenues to the district treasury amounted to 85.5 million rubles last year. Almost half of it is the district's own income.

The main industry as before is agriculture in the real sector of the economy. There is the only collective farm in the republic in the Kamenka district, by the way. More than 23 thousand hectares of agricultural land are cultivated by agricultural enterprises and peasant farms in addition to it. Crop production is considered a priority in the region. The results of the agricultural year in 2021 turned out to be better than previous indicators, according to the Head. Kamenka is among the republican leaders in the harvest of technical and leguminous crops, good indicators in the collection of apples and grapes, as well as in vegetables.

The largest taxpayer in the region is the Cannery of Kamenka, the new owner of which has invested almost 60 million rubles in the development of the enterprise. Another object of Kamenka is the Dniester sanatorium. The situation in the sanatorium in the reporting year began to level off a little compared to 2020, when the pandemic had just begun. The Dniester sanatorium earned almost 30 million rubles and received more than six thousand people.

Scheduled repairs are being carried out in the housing and communal services of the district. They change door blocks, repair water and heat supply systems. City dormitories are being put in order, where the regional authorities plan to place 48 families after the completion of construction work.

As part of the state program to provide orphans with housing, two apartments were purchased - one-room and two-room. The second apartment had to be bought more than originally planned, since a child appeared in the family, said Vladimir Bychkov, answering a question from Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov. Five young families of the district received preferential loans for the purchase of housing.

The head of the district noted, the birth rate increased among the people of Kamenka in 2021, there were more marriages by a third. True, there is a slight increase in the number of divorces.

As for the roads. Roads, storm sewer sections, sidewalks and parking lots were repaired in the Kamenka district last year from funds from the Road Fund. There are 4 carriers operating in the area, they provide international, intercity, urban and suburban routes, including new routes to the villages of the Krasny Oktyabr, Grushka, Oknitsa, Rotar, Yantarnoye, Sloboda-Rashkovo and Valya-Adynka districts. There are also benefits for certain categories of citizens in these areas.

The Head of Kamenka district Vladimir Bychkov spoke about the implementation of the program of the Capital Investment Fund, which included seven objects. Among them there are parks, rural houses of culture and medical institutions.

The President noted the well-coordinated work with the deputies of the Supreme Council and city and district councils as a result of the report. Vadim Krasnoselsky added that the goal of the work of all authorities is to make the life of Pridnestrovians better. The activities of the state administration of Kamenka and Kamenka district at the end of 2021 were recognized as satisfactory.
