Deputies adopted a number of amendments to the law “On state support of investment activity”. The government proposed to supplement the list of priority sectors with the chemical industry. At today's meeting, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development Alevtina Slinchenko noted that the state is interested in investors who want to invest in the development of this sphere. The law-in-draft is supported in the first reading.
The deputies discussed norms relating to public procurement in the republic. Earlier, in November, deputies re-adopted the law “On Procurement in Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, on which the President had previously vetoed. Its developers proposed to change the approaches to the spending of budget funds in the sphere of public procurement. The mechanism for the procurement of goods, works and services will become more transparent and understandable.
Adopted today in the first reading law-in-draft reflects the remarks pointed out by the President. This legislative initiative resolves the legal gaps that have arisen with the adoption of the basic law. It is proposed, in particular, to adjust the provisions of civil legislation in connection with the emergence of new forms of bidding, to provide for administrative and criminal liability for violation of the law in the sphere of procurement of goods, works and services.
Deputies considered the amendments to the law “On the industrial safety of hazardous production facilities” in the first reading. The government proposed to divide them into hazard classes. Supervision will be carried out in accordance with the assigned category. So, the most dangerous objects will belong to the first class. They are invited to check once a year. Control activities at the facilities of the second class will be carried out once every 3 years. Planned oversight activities for the objects of the third class (the least dangerous) will not be held.
The position of the deputies of the profile committee was voiced by its chairman Viktor Guzun.
