Dear Pridnestrovians!

Dear residents of Bendery!

June 19, we all pay tribute to the memory and grief for those who died in Bendery.

The events of 1992 are vivid evidence that it is impossible to suppress the will of the people by force of arms. Our people won first of all with the help of their spirit, because they fought for the right to live on their land, for the right to speak native language.

Today, despite the existing difficulties, Pridnestrovie is looking to the future with confidence. The basis of this confidence is the courage and resilience of Pridnestrovians, pride in the past and responsibility for the future.

The pain of the tragic days of 1992 will remain forever in the hearts of Pridnestrovians, as will the admiration for the courage of the defenders of Pridnestrovie. Today we mourn with you and remember.
