These holidays is particularly expressed our relationship, which is, above all, is in the general sense of happiness. Under the chiming clock, we will propose the same desire: a peaceful sky over your head, confidence in the future, health to friends and family, the consent of the family. I am convinced that we have everything to make the dream into reality!

Our countries during the past year have become even closer. We have confirmedd our intention to preserve and expand cooperation, specific agreements at the federal and regional levels, as well as the three-year budget, which saved the financing support of compatriots.

It depends on us how will the year 2017. I believe, in the future we are waiting for new developments. I want to wish you multiply the most important wealth.
