To eliminate social injustice

Amendments in the law "On the Unified Social Tax", intended to introduce pension supplements issued in foreign countries, were discussed by deputies for the second plenary session. They did not put an end to this issue due to lack of conclusion of the government last week. Today, the discussion continued. Earlier: in 2015, when pensioners were paid a partial pension, some people have switched to Russian pensions. However, there is a pension awarded for seniority accumulated before 2002, the rest of the period of employment Pridnestrovians not be counted. Changes of the Russian ruble rate influenced detrimental to the size of these payments. After almost a year, the President has sent a law-in-draft offering to introduce a monthly payment for the length of employment, resulting in Pridnestrovie, but not taken into account when calculating pensions in a foreign state.

Taking into account the significance of the law-in-draft, deputies supported it, pointing to the need for a second reading mode in conjunction with the relevant ministries to work out individual moments of the legislative initiative. Vice-Speaker Alexander Shcherba suggested the situation when even taking into account the compensation paid foreign pension will be less than Pridnestrovian.
