Dozens of laws were adopted by the deputies in the beginning of 2012. The president signed most of them only this year. Alexander Shcherba emphasized that the laws at the time aimed at resolving the current legislation in various fields, in the meantime lost their relevance. It is about 12 laws, which the vice-speaker proposed to abolish.
In addition the Vice-Speaker noted that conclusions of the government to enter into legislations were not sent on time, or not received at all. That, in fact, is the failure of official duties.
As a result, Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted the decision to abolish the 12 previously adopted by Parliament laws in the first reading.
