Resolve the issue of public services

Before proceeding with the consideration of the issues on the agenda, the deputies congratulated the first president of Pridnestrovie Igor Smirnov on his birthday. On the eve he turned 77 years old.

The Speaker of the Parliament highlighted the desire of Igor Smirnov to be involved in the affairs of the state today. Alexander Shcherba presented Igor Smirnov with the distinction “Honored Parliamentarian of the PMR”.

Among the first considered issues there are two legislative initiatives of the President. Vadim Krasnoselsky directed it to the deputies in the regime of legislative necessity. The law-in-draft was presented by Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Tsurcan. It is proposed to repeal the current law “On the licensing system in the sphere of economic activity”. This is due to the need to unify the requirements for the provision of public services, since there is a law on their organization.

Earlier, the amendments to the law "On the organization of the provision of public services" were adopted by the Supreme Council on July 4. As a result, public services became more accessible: any citizen, while at home at any convenient time can order the necessary information via the Internet. Gradually, ministries and departments will join the established portal of public services.

The law-in-draft was supported by the deputies in two readings at once.
