The mechanism for paying fines is simplified

Fines collected by bailiffs can be paid through the "Electronic Payments" state information system. The corresponding additions to the laws “On the organization of the provision of public services” and “On enforcement proceedings” were supported by the deputies in two readings at once.

The legislative initiative developed by the Government assumes that people will no longer have to provide bailiffs with a paper receipt for payment of a fine.

The adopted amendments to the current legislation will come into force 6 months after signing by the President.
