Land management

Recent years, cases of spontaneous and unjustified seizure of land in the republic from the bona fide land users. The head of OOO "GalZand-Agro" Anatoliy Galatonov from Grigoriopol district  told about it last week at a plenary session of parliament. For support, he turned in profile parliamentary committee. As shown, the case is not unique: known facts seizure of land in Rybnitsa and Kamenka districts. Land is taken from farmers and given to the "most cost-effective businesses". This criterion of land seizure is not established in the current Land Code.

According to the Constitution of PMR the government is impowered land management. Deputy Oleg Petrik to clarify the situation,  presented a legislative initiative on the implementation of the rules of the Land Code regarding the definition of public authority, authorized to carry out land management.

Parliamentarians voted for the adoption of the corresponding resolution of the Supreme Council - on the interpretation of certain provisions of the Land Code in conjunction with the provisions of the Constitution and the Constitutional Law on the Government.
