Legislators discussed incoming addendum to the law "On licensing certain types of activities", prepared by a group of deputies of the Supreme Council. The law-in-draft proposes to provide that when you change the licensing requirements and conditions of the license period, it continues to operate on the basis of previously established licensing requirements and conditions, unless the expiration date is not more than five years. According to the authors, this will protect the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of activities subject to licensing.
In the course of the discussion there were proposals on behalf of both legislative and executive branches of Government. We talked about the need to establish a transition period of licensees to comply with the new license.
Noting the importance of the proposed deputies’ rules in the legislation, an amendment to the law "On licensing of certain activities" deputies adopted in the first reading.
