Bailiffs will be entitled to additional material compensation in the form of 3% of the amount recovered or the value of the property. The law-in-draft proposed by the deputies of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva, Oleg Petrik, Vitaliy Kalin and Grigory Dyachenko, was adopted today at the plenary meeting in the second final reading. The document is sent for signature to the President.

The amount of surcharge should not exceed 30 MW (approximately 450 rubles). The remuneration will be provided from the funds of the performance fee, which is 5% of the amount recovered or the value of the property of the debtor.

According to deputies, the introduction of appropriate amendments will stimulate bailiffs to timely and high-quality performance of work.

The right to surcharge will have those who on time executed the executive documents. Remuneration will be paid later this year.
