of Pridnestrovian Veterinary Service!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on behalf of me personally, I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of Veterinary Worker's Day!

Veterinary medicine is an important component of the successful development of the agricultural sector and the consumer market. With your daily work, you ensure the protection of animal health and guard human health, protecting it from dangerous diseases, controlling the quality of animal products, the rules for their processing and storage. Your work is not always noticeable, but these are hundreds of diagnostic and preventive procedures, hundreds of veterinary and sanitary examinations - this is hard work, stress and a huge responsibility.

No wonder the catch phrase “medicine treats people, and veterinary medicine - humanity” has become a capacious and accurate definition of the very essence of the profession of veterinarian.

I am sure that the specialists of the veterinary service will continue to ensure strict monitoring of compliance with veterinary sanitary norms and rules, the introduction of new methods and diagnostic tools, the prevention and treatment of diseases of farm animals, achieving stable positive results in maintaining safe epizootic situation in the republic.
