On September 20-22, the 7th republican festival of creativity of children and young people with disabilities “Tsvetik-Semitsvetik” was held in Dubossary. It was attended by more than 170 children from Pridnestrovie and Gagauzia, according to the website of “The Obnovlenie” republican party.

The three-day festival was opened with a large gala concert on the stage of the Dubossary Palace of Children and Youth Creativity. Pupils of 24 special correctional educational organizations demonstrated their bright talents.

The greeting of President Vadim Krasnoselsky was read by the head of the state administration of Dubossary and the Dubossary district Ruslan Chaban.  

The congratulations of the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament Galina Antyufeeva were read to the festival participants by the deputy of the Supreme Council, the head of “The Obnovlenie” republican party Petr Pasat.

Lyubov Ivancheva, the Head of the Giving Hope public organization from Gagauzia, said that Gagauz children with disabilities come to Dubossary with great pleasure to the festival. This year, a similar festival was held for the first time in Chadyr-Lunga.

During the three festival days, children and young people took part in creative and sports master classes, entertainment programs, and visited the inhabitants of the Dubossary zoo. For adults, seminars, round tables, master classes, and trainings were organized. Teachers of correctional educational organizations, parents shared their experience in the education, training and socialization of children with disabilities.
