Three-year budget passed the first reading

The Russian government pursued two main goals, forming federal revenues and expenditures for the years 2018-2020, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said in his report to the plenary session of the State Duma. This is an increase in the incomes of the population and an increase in the rate of economic growth.
