Educated, purposeful, talented young people today were honored in the cultural and educational center of the Pridnestrovian State University. 1930 former students left their native alma mater and entered professional life. Distinguished in study were awarded diplomas with honors from the first persons of state: the President Yevgeny Shevchuk, the speaker of parliament Mikhail Burla, Prime Minister Tatiana Turanskaya, Acting Minister of Education Natalya Agbash and rector PSU Galina Sandutsa. 232 graduates PSU received this year diplomas with honors. These achievements, according to the rector of the university - is the result of joint work of the faculty and the students themselves.

Improving the educational process - is one of the main tasks of the University of the Republic. Using a system of Russian educational standards, the university chose Bologna two-tier system of education. Today, students of Engineering and Technical Institute and the Institute of History and Public Administration pursue Master's degree. In 2016, the university is planning to organize the work of the Judiciary, the second level of higher education, at the other faculties.

Talking about the positive aspects of the higher educational institution development, Igor Pavlinov, the first pro-rector of the PSU noted that the PSU is included in the consortium of Russian universities, which is currently being created. The current plans for conducting admission campaign and the next admission of students to the educational process. 2015 is rich in anniversaries. They are preparing to celebrate the 25th anniversary of PMR and the 85th anniversary of the PSU in the higher educational institution.

This year, the commemorations were also held in honor of the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory. Soldiers who died in World War II were honored a minute of silence. PSU Graduates put flowers at the stele of teachers and students memory.

This important for the high school and graduates day the songs about love of country, and also thanks the leadership of the country, teachers, parents were heard from the scene cultural and educational center of PSU. Red diploma was expected for Anastasia Belaya. The graduate was eager to knowledge and profession in the chosen specialty on natural-geographical faculty.

Public-advisory council of the Pridnestrovian State University graduates was created this year for graduates found themselves in demand. Its work is aimed at seeking feedback from the graduates of the university, the formation of professional abilities of students and to assist in the appointments of graduates and the development of the image of the university, raising the prestige of higher education. One of the participants of the regular meetings of the Board – is the Head of the Department of Economic Geography and Regional Economics, Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla. According to him, public advisory council of PSU creates conditions for the improvement of education.
