Ceremonial meeting for the anniversary of the Supreme Council

A ceremonial meeting dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the formation of the legislature of the republic was held in the Supreme Council. The history of the creation of the parliament was discussed in the meeting hall. The first meeting of the deputies of the Supreme Council of the first convocation, held on November 29, 1990, became the starting point for the work of the legislative body, thanks to which the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is a state based on the rule of law.

The President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky and the Chairman of the Government Alexander Rosenberg sent their congratulations to the Supreme Council on the occasion of the 34th anniversary.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov addressed the staff of the Parliamentary Office. The speaker thanked the team for their professionalism in improving legislation and their meticulous approach to drafting responses to appeals from Pridnestrovians.

The speaker noted that young people born in Pridnestrovie come to work in the Supreme Council. Young employees implement their professional skills for the development of society and the state together with more experienced colleagues within the walls of the parliament. The Chairman of the Supreme Council presented state awards to distinguished employees of the Apparatus, certificates and letters of gratitude from the President of the PMR and the Supreme Council of the PMR in connection with the 34th anniversary of the formation of the Pridnestrovian Parliament.
