First-year cadets of the Tiraspol Law Institute took the oath. The ceremony was attended by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky, Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov, First President of the PMR Igor Smirnov, Minister of the Interior of the PMR Ruslan Mova, Head of the OGRV Dmitry Zelenkov, Relatives of the Tiraspol Law Institute cadets.
The President Vadim Krasnoselsky and on behalf of public authorities and administrations congratulated the students on the day of taking the oath. He noted that for every young person taking an oath is an exciting moment and a reference point for moving into adulthood.
The President emphasized that today it is difficult to imagine the law enforcement structure of our state without the Tiraspol Law Institute, without the Cadet Corps. These educational institutions train personnel for our law enforcement system and for our state as a whole.
The first president of the PMR, Igor Smirnov, first of all congratulated parents of the cadets, because it was they who were able to raise a man who put on epaulettes and devoted himself to serving and protecting the people of his country.
On behalf of the collegium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the cadets, Minister of Internal Affairs Ruslan Mova congratulated on such a responsible and significant event in life.
The Minister of Internal Affairs emphasized that the leadership of the republic and the ministry are providing constant attention and assistance in the establishment and development of the university. The infrastructure is improving, the material and technical base is being improved, and favorable conditions are being created for the training and education of young people.
At the end of the ceremony, cadets demonstrated skills in hand-to-hand combat. Then - a memory photo and a tour of the main building of the Tiraspol Law Institute, where the guests of the holiday could get acquainted with the life of cadets.
