Summing up, we make plans

Parliamentarians and members of the capital discussed today the most topical issues of concern to residents of Tiraspol. The meeting was held at the initiative of the Chairman of the Supreme Council. It is a kind of communication with Pridnestrovians summarizing, which was made possible visiting settlements of the republic by the Speaker and his colleagues deputies.

Before the discussion, the participants observed a minute of silence in memory of the departed to another world Anatoly Vlasenko, for many years headed one of the largest enterprises in the city – cannery plant named after May 1.

With regard to capital problems, Vadim Krasnoselsky identified several main blocks. The most voluminous is housing and communal services.

Another capital concern, however, republican, road conditions and control over the financing of the funds allocated to them to bring in the proper form. We talked about the improvement of the city and there is no master plan. According to Vadim Krasnoselsky, many complaints related to the facts of unauthorized construction.

One of the most serious problems of urban scale is the lack of budget for the current year. His project was adopted June 2 and sent to the state administration, but has not yet been executed. All costs are financed on the basis of 1/12 last year's spending. That is, apply the mechanism provided in the event of absence of the main financial document. Local deputies appealed to the Ministry of Finance, but the question remained open. The speaker recommended colleagues to apply to the Prosecutor's Office and then to the court. Vadim Krasnoselsky reminded that the budgetary problems faced by the Supreme Council, which on every occasion been accused of that budget was adopted not timely. The speaker drew attention to the fact that the draft was submitted by the government with three-month delay, a billion deficit and the lack of maturity of its sources.

The participants, among whom were many representatives of Novotirasposly village, asked about the situation on the currency market, the pension provision, during the parliamentary investigations, the widespread classification of information, changing the electoral law, as well as raising specific issues of a local nature. They told, for example, about the absence in the village of physician and pharmaceutical items. They tolked about the problem of outflow from the republic the best graduates who enroll in Russian universities on quotas. They asked about what kind of construction is carried out on the territory of the capital of the park, for the implementation of which had been cut down dozens of trees. The Speaker interested in the attitude to the sport and his vision of solving problems related to the decadent state of infrastructure in this area.

The dialogue lasted more than two hours. No question remained unanswered. All the participants expressed hope that such meetings will become a tradition.
