Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov took part in the first plenary session of the 11th session of the 26 convocation of the Tiraspol City Council, the website of the State Administration of the capital reports.
Information on the execution of the local budget for the first half of 2022 was heard at the plenary session. Deputy Head of the capital's State Administration for Financial Affairs Natalia Chernetskaya noted that more than two million rubles were allocated for the maintenance and provision of hot meals to foreign citizens forced to temporarily stay on the territory of Pridnestrovie, the purchase of fuels and lubricants of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Special Automobile", the manufacture and installation of fencing along the street the 25th of October,15 at the expense of the reserve funds of the President and the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The remaining funds as of July 1, 2022 amounted to 56 million 427 thousand rubles. Deputies were told about amendments to the city budget for 2022. It was proposed in connection with the need to complete the modernization of the Aviators' Square to allocate more than 558 thousand rubles due to the savings that have developed during the work on Gagarin Boulevard and the Alley of Honorable Burials. Changes have been made to the program for the maintenance of the housing stock, objects of the socio-cultural sphere and the improvement of the territory of the city of Tiraspol within the limits of the available funds.
The capital managed to earn about 20 million rubles more than the planned income during the reporting period. The Head of the State Administration Oleg Dovgopol noted that the reconstruction of the city stadium and arboretum will take place faster if the Government and the Supreme Council keep these funds for the city.
Speaker Alexander Korshunov presented state awards in connection with the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the republic. The medals "For Distinction in Work" were awarded to deputies of the Tiraspol City Council Mikhail Vitik and Yevgeny Shumeyko. Deputies Ivan Ganenko, Georgy Glitsos, Dmitry Zharkov, Alexander Solar, Andrey Chelengir were awarded diplomas of the President of the PMR. Letters of thanks of the head of state were handed over to the chairman of the Dniester City Council Lyubov Zolotnikova and deputy of the Tiraspol City Council Leonid Plotnik. The diplomas of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR were received by the first deputy Chairman of the Tiraspol City Council Maxim Chertykovtsev, deputies Natalia Durbala, Igor Edinak and Alexey Solovtsev. Letters of thanks from the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic were also presented.
