Members of “The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction discussed the most important issues on the agenda of today's plenary session. Among them there is a President's initiative to amend the law “On budget system of PMR”. The law-in-draft was placed for consideration in the regime of legislative necessity, that is, requires an immediate decision. It is about postponing of the draft national budget for next year. Current legislation requires that the parliament receive it until September 10. The President proposes to establish the date on 1 December. It is worth noting that, despite the fact that the initiative is only being discussed, the project's main financial document for 2016 by the Government is not represented. It is a violation of terms of consideration of the budget cuts that could adversely affect the quality of decisions.

Another discussion the president's proposal - is to complement the new provisions of the law "On Currency Regulation and Currency Control". The initiative concerns the production of payments by means of offshore. The point is simple: today the central bank monitors payments after the fact, as is expected - preliminary. Russia does not have the mechanism similar to the proposed. Profile Committee recommends the initiative for rejection.

Participants of "The Obnovlenie" faction are in solidarity with this position.

Proposal of the President to reallocate the road fund was also discussed. Received sums of money over the planned it deems necessary to finance the renovation of the roadway and infrastructure industry in general to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the republic. According to the author of the initiative, the government should be in command of these funds. Profile Committee opposes.

The issue of incomplete payment of pensions and salaries to state employees was not neglected. Deputies, participants of “The Obnovlenie” faction said the flow of voters who come to the parliamentary reception for answers to questions about why, on what grounds the decision whose citizens are taken away honestly earned money is rather vast. They ask about how long it will last. Parliamentarians, unfortunately, are limited in the information as well as all citizens of the republic.
