The Themes of Improvement and Condition of Roads

The series of reports on the work for the past year was continued by the report of the Head of the state administration of Bendery. Roman Ivanchenko in particular informed the President and deputies of the Supreme Council participating in the online meeting about the activities of municipal enterprises in the sphere of housing and communal services, elevators, in the sphere of transport, as well as those involved in the improvement and gardening of the city.

The Head of Bendery named the main facilities where work was carried out in 2021 under the program of the Capital Investment Fund. Among them there is the improvement of the central part of Bendery and the creation of the Solnechny square in the microdistrict of the city of the same name. Roman Ivanchenko said that work on laying the football field is being completed in the new park. They talked at the online meeting about plans to create a small square in the Severny microdistrict. This part of the city belongs to "Pervomaisky" constituency number 6 of the deputy of the Supreme Council Ruslan Gareev. According to the parliamentarian, this year he will allocate funds for the improvement of the place of rest under the program for the execution of voters' orders. The city will also take financial part in the creation of the park zone.

The deputies raised the topic of the condition of the roads. Ruslan Gareev was interested in the plans of the state administration to repair the road along Tamara Kruchok Street and the remaining section of the roadbed along Industrialnaya Street. Financing for this year has already been allocated for Industrialnaya. The second street needs to be repaired, but additional money needs to be found in the local budget for this purpose. The meeting participants talked about Chisinau Street. This is a main road. From the side of the entrance to the city there was a large area in a deplorable state, said Deputy from the city of Bendery Anton Onufrienko.

The topic of emergency facilities was raised by the deputy of the Supreme Council for the "Memorial" constituency number 2 Yuri Kucherenko.

Discussions are underway on this subject. There are options – to convert it into an apartment building or to disassemble it and create a recreation area in its place. The task set by the local authorities is to improve the appearance of the city. It is necessary to develop a mechanism for solving the problem of emergency facilities.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov, who is a deputy in constituency number 1 "Solnechny", voiced the problem of an unfinished building in the Lipkany district. This building is considered a cooperative house, but it poses a danger to others. It is possible that the municipal facility will be completed under the Affordable Housing program. Alexander Korshunov was interested in whether the city has plans to repair social facilities, the work on which was discussed in the framework of meetings of the state administration with deputies of the Supreme and City Councils. Basically, it is necessary to repair the roofs of kindergartens and schools. According to Roman Ivanchenko, the objects were not included in the Capital Investment Fund 2022 due to objective reasons, but will be included in additional programs. Repair of 90% of priority facilities in need, including repair of the roof, said the Head of the city.

The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky directed the Head of the state administration to interact with the City Council, deputies of the Supreme Council and public organizations.
