“The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction decided to support the initiative of the Vice-Speaker Galina Antyufeeva. She proposed to modify certain provisions of the Law "On universal military service". The law-in-draft is about deferment from service in the Armed Forces for students, receiving education outside the republic. Not only those who do it for the state quota, but also independently.
